Canton Stevedoring began operations in 1998 by unloading non-ferrous metals from vessels. We take pride in our growth over the years and the fact that we are accomplished handling many different cargoes.
Our core group of stevedores and our Customer Service Team make up the backbone of our company. They listen to our clients and do what it takes to provide the service each customer expects.
We ensure each individual understands the specialized handling techniques for the wide variety of cargo we handle through regular training and adherence to our safety program.
We will customize our hours of operations in order to meet the demands of our clients’ operations. We can commence cargo operations any time on any day and provide continuous operations.
Our large inventory of cargo handling and lifting gear allow us to handle all types of unique cargos from coated gas line pipe to large sailing yachts. No matter if it is over dimensional or heavy lift, we can handle it efficiently and safely.
